May All Beings Be Happy & Free

Gina captured these majestic moments of Old Glory atop a mountain while hiking at Chimney Rock, NC

Lokah Samastah Sukhino Bhavantu is a popular and powerful mantra, in addition to Om, Shanti, Shanti, Shanti (our theme several weeks ago). It translates to May all beings everywhere be happy and free.  Pronounced and chanted like this: Low-kah Sa-ma-stah Sue-kee-no Bah-von-tu.

This powerful mantra is a combination of sound and syllables to create transformation through sound vibrations for compassion, to live with peace, harmony and freedom for all. Intention and proper phonetics is recommended to increase focus on its purpose.

If you hesitate to say, chant or sing these powerful Sanskrit syllables, simply listen to a playlist, think it, or visualize the words. Recognize the influence you can have on our world. Three times a charm to really infuse the message, your Sankalpa (intention) and feel the after-vibes of knowing you created a vibration that ripples outward. Thoughts are energy which transcend time and space.

Share peace, share happiness, share freedom, the intention of our American flag, Old Glory.

Clear your throat chakra, settle in, take a deep breath in and...

Chant, Sing, Be Merry, Be Free.
