Chasing Chakra Rainbows

When I first heard about Chakras many years ago, and even in Yoga Teacher Training, I honestly didn't get it, or buy into the supposed colors, purpose, etc. for each area of 7 Major Chakras. One day in the streets of Rome I had my "aha!" moment. There were individual colored flags around the Forum and I got it, a rainbow!

The same color spectrum nature shares in our skies reside also within us. The simple science girl in me kicked in realizing we are mostly made of water, circulating energy activated by light (biophotons) then reflect the harmony within. Just like fireflies and jellyfish, we glow.

So, we are excited to kick off this year with one of my favorite Fusion traditions, the Chakra Energy Centers Series! Over the next 8 weeks starting with this overview followed by each major chakra from bottom to top we explore.

Charge the energies just reading this blog, think and wear the related color, place your hands on the chakra, research, talk about it with others. Whatever helps you get it like I finally did. Let's have fun creating vibrant rainbows within and visualize all the invisible rainbows to the naked eye that reside in all and need more light, reflection for vibrating harmony.
