HELPFUL TIPS
- Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class as class starts on time.
- Wear comfortable clothes, we practice in bare feet.
- Sign up in advance to be sure there is available space.
- You can leave your personal belongings in cubbies in the lounge area.
- We offer props (blocks, straps, blankets, etc.,) free of charge if needed, yoga supplies are available for purchase also.
- You can rent our Yoga mats for $2.
- We suggest not eating 1-2 hours before your class.
- Please refrain from using strong scents or perfumes. We will be doing lots of breathing!
- Turn cell phones off or on silent and leave them in the lounge with your shoes.
- Come with an open heart and mind, honor your body and your breath.
- There is no competition at Fusion. Have fun!
