HELPFUL TIPS

  • Please arrive at least 10 minutes before class as class starts on time.
  • Wear comfortable clothes, we practice in bare feet.
  • Sign up in advance to be sure there is available space.
  • You can leave your personal belongings in cubbies in the lounge area.
  • We offer props (blocks, straps, blankets, etc.,) free of charge if needed, yoga supplies are available for purchase also.
  • You can rent our Yoga mats for $2.
  • We suggest not eating 1-2 hours before your class.
  • Please refrain from using strong scents or perfumes. We will be doing lots of breathing!  
  • Turn cell phones off or on silent and leave them in the lounge with your shoes.
  • Come with an open heart and mind, honor your body and your breath.
  • There is no competition at Fusion. Have fun!
