It’s Time to Chill

It's now time to chill down after our yoga practice of building heat to metabolize and detoxify. We did the work, climbed the mountains, generated heat to now enjoy the cooling off phase. We slow down the pace, usually come down to our mats instead of standing and begin our "Cool Down" phase. We have balanced and challenged ourselves with much focus and out of our comfort zones.
Enjoy this time to renew and relax. We are likely on our backs finding final poses like Happy Baby, Legs Up the Wall/Waterfall, Shoulder Stand and Reclined Twist before more restful and meditative Corpse Pose/Savasana. Our eyes softly closed, forehead and jaw relaxed, our thoughts and breath sounds quieted down. Time for peace, tranquility and higher perspective with divine connections. Let go, let it happen. Simply observe.
