Gina’s Journey for Wellness Week 1
I feel good, like I knew that I would! I can hear James Brown now as I I am off to a good start, determined to follow through with my commitment to regain my momentum in August on our Journey into Winning with Wellness. I lacked motivation with summer heat and recharging after a busy season. So, I created the August Win with Wellness to jumpstart me again, and maybe you too. Starting fresh on Thursday the 1st at our 9am high energy yoga class with Vivi, our "Let's do this!" in the July live raffle drawing. Friday's 7+ mile bike ride and walk in nature, then Saturday yoga class with Jen. Today I am going to a special event with Sound Therapy, Meditation and Intuitive Guidance, Whispers of the Soul. So I'll be 4 activities for 4 days on my Wellness Card. Woohoo!
I really enjoyed every one of the things I chose for each day, knowing I preserved and improved my general physical and mental health. I just needed more discipline and accountability as it's possible some eyes may be watching to see if I practice what I preach. Would love to hear and see your updates so please share.

Take a daily photo to share with others
Enter a raffle ticket for a class, service and event
Congratulate yourself for any and all activities
It's ok if you started a different day than 8/1. Simply keep a 30-day journal as a timeline. Make every day more insightful, soulful and powerful than the day before.
