CHAIR YOGA

Chair yoga is perfect for students with physical challenges and those who prefer not to get up and down from the floor as in a traditional yoga practice. You'll be mostly seated with some options for standing postures with or without chair support. Gently explore (and improve!) range of motion, balance, and flexibility  Traditional yoga breathing work and meditation are included. Enjoy increased circulation, movement capability, and energy.

Gentle - All Levels & Beginner

FUSION LIGHT

Gentle Yoga, move the body and link the breath with simple, accessible movements, mindful transitions and intention. Poses will offer lots of stretching, lengthening, improved flexibility, stability and strength. Especially great for those preferring a slower pace, those newer to yoga, or with some physical challenges. 

Gentle - All Levels & Beginner

YIN YOGA

A slow deep stretch and opportunity for surrender. Yin helps release tension within the connective tissue and supports overall skeletal, joint and nervous system health. Move the body through specific sequences of poses, each held for 3-5 minutes. This class takes place mostly down on the yoga mat for a grounding experience. Body and mind will feel calm and refreshed. Suitable for all levels.

Gentle - All Levels & Beginner

MOVEMENT & MEDITATION

Each week this class explores one of a wide variety of effective meditation techniques for relaxation, mindfulness & contemplation, combined with gentle movements. Stretch and loosen the body through a thoughtful sequence of postures and breath work.  Increase body awareness and improve balance both on and off the mat. 

Gentle - All Levels & Beginner

RENEW & RESTORE

Your Friday night has a new twist.... enjoy breath work, a gentle fluid yoga sequence with options for more challenge or less, followed by deep relaxation. Support harmony in mind body and spirit as you find rejuvenation in this special evening ritual.  An extended Savasana includes crystal bowls, bolsters, and eye cloths. Optional community inspiration card gathering time after the end of class. Perfect way to wrap up your week!

Gentle to Medium - All Levels & Beginner

LIGHT FUNDAMENTALS

Move the body and link your breath with a practice that includes movement at a medium pace, not too slow and not too fast.  The poses will offer lots of stretching, lengthening, and will promote improved flexibility, stability and strength. Options to take it up a notch to prepare you for increased class levels. All levels, especially great for those new to yoga.

FUNDAMENTALS

Receive lots of specific instruction for traditional yoga poses, sequences, and proper alignment. Learn to link movement with breath. Whether holding a posture or flowing through sequences, a mix of lying down, seated, standing and balance poses make this class perfect for beginners and those preferring ongoing instruction and variety. Also appropriate for intermediate levels with optional challenges offered. Includes mindful breath and movement sequences. A true Breathe. Move. Connect. experience!

Medium - All Levels & Beginner

FRESH START

Start your morning with movement, inspiration, positive intention, and the healing powers of yoga. Explore a mix of traditional yoga sequences for standing, seated, laying down and balance poses, with a variety of options and modifications offered to support you in developing your own unique yoga practice. Fresh Start is an opportunity to begin your day radiating positive vibes!

Medium - All Levels & Beginner

FUNDAMENTAL FLOW

Focuses on proper alignment with lots of instruction for mindful moving and flowing into the poses, while linking the breath to movement as in traditional Vinyasa yoga. Includes options to challenge yourself or safely modify. Moderately paced class, some previous experience recommended. A great class to learn vinyasa and prepare you to move up into Fusion Flow if desired.

Medium to Intermediate

SUNSET FLOW

Enjoy a fluid, warming pace to increase strength and ability. Link breath to movement and explore connection with mind, body and spirit as in traditional Vinyasa yoga. Mindfully and positively end the day with options to modify, level up or down, for your own unique experience. Moderately paced class, some previous experience recommended. 

Medium to Intermediate

FUSION FLOW

Our signature warm Vinyasa class. Link the breath with movement at a steady and fluid pace. Options to modify or amplify are given with some instruction on proper body alignment to move through the poses with grace and power. Creative transitions and options for advanced poses are introduced. The room will be about 80 degrees. Previous yoga experience recommended.

Intermediate

SUNSET SALUTATIONS

Enjoy a full body warm up, then move through 25 guided Sun Salutations as the invigorating main sequence, close with a cooldown and sweet Savasana. Sun Salutations are traditional poses sequenced in a meditative pattern, known as Vinyasa, linking breath with motion. Modify or rest throughout as needed. This weekly class will build strength, preparing for a 108 Salutation practice that is often done to mark significant days or seasonal transitions such as solstice and equinox.
